Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. You may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Returns:

You can return any Wethlete product within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

How to Return:

Reach out to us at support@wethlete.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant images if needed. We’ll guide you through the process to make it as smooth as your run.

Return Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item. Please note that delays due to customs clearance are out of our control and not a valid reason for returns.

Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure your return is shipped within 14 days of receiving your RA number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong color/size, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and process a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. The item must be securely packaged and in original condition. We only offer exchanges for items of equal value, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Bundle Orders:

For bundle orders, all returns are eligible for store credit only—refunds to the original payment method are not available. Please contact our support team for specific questions or concerns.

Non-Returnable Items:

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, our items must remain unused and unwashed. We cannot process returns for worn or damaged items unless they were received in that condition.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This covers the costs associated with processing, restocking, and any depreciation of the item. However, we may waive this fee if the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and initiate the refund to your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your bank’s processing schedule.
