I work 12-hour hospital shifts on my feet all day, and my legs used to feel so heavy by the time I got home. A colleague suggested compression socks, so I tried these. Did not expect such a difference — my legs feel SO much better at the end of a shift. Now I have 4 pairs haha.
Six years of running and I've tried plenty of compression socks. Most are either way too tight or a pain to get on. These feel really good. I use them for long runs and the day after hard sessions. Very comfortable, and they look like normal running socks, which I like.
Wore these on a long-haul flight and WOW, huge difference. No swollen ankles, no tired legs. Never flying without them again.
I originally bought these for recovery but started wearing them around training as well. Really like the compression because you can definitely feel the support but they are not crazy tight.
